How to use Invoice Generator

Fill in your business details

Enter your company name, email, address, and phone in the "From" section. Upload your logo if you have one.

Add client details

Fill in the client's name, email, and address in the "Bill To" section.

Set invoice number and dates

Enter a unique invoice number, issue date, and due date. The default due date is set to 30 days from today.

Add line items

Click "+ Add Item" to add each product or service with description, quantity, and rate. Subtotals calculate automatically.

Set tax and download

Enter a tax rate percentage. The total updates instantly. Switch to the Preview tab and click "Print / PDF" to download.
