By installing and using Toolscase SwitchDoc (the "Extension" or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the local and remote file conversion features provided by the extension.

You are responsible for the documents you choose to upload and convert using SwitchDoc. You agree that:

• You will not use the service to convert files containing malicious code, viruses, or illegal materials.
• We reserve the right to limit or modify server-side conversion resources to prevent overload, spamming, or abuse of the APIs.

SwitchDoc performs automated file formatting conversions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Formatting matches depend on source document complexity. Conversions may contain formatting discrepancies, font styling issues, or layout shifts.
• You are responsible for verifying the layout and completeness of the converted documents before sharing or presenting them.
• Toolscase does not guarantee 100% fidelity on every document layout conversion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
