By installing or using Toolscase FocusPulse AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue its use.

2. Description of Service

Toolscase FocusPulse AI provides active browser tab screen time tracking, daily focus goal management, custom website distraction blocking (Focus Mode), and AI-assisted productivity coaching directly inside Google Chrome.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use FocusPulse AI only for personal or internal workplace productivity tracking in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with extension code, or attempt to compromise underlying infrastructure.

4. Local Data Ownership & Privacy

All screen time tracking records and custom site blocklists are stored on your local browser. Toolscase does not claim ownership over your browsing metrics or daily activity logs.

5. AI Suggestions Disclaimer

AI coaching insights provided by FocusPulse AI are for informational and self-improvement purposes only. Productivity scores and tips are generated based on automated algorithms and aggregate metrics.

6. Limitation of Liability

FocusPulse AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Toolscase shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension.
