You retain full ownership of all documents, spreadsheets, and files you process through AskFiles AI. Toolscase retains all rights, title, and interest in the AskFiles AI software, brand, and underlying software infrastructure.

AskFiles AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers may occasionally contain inaccuracies; users should independently verify critical financial or legal information before taking action.
