Authentication is completed securely via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that:

• PRO access tier benefits are tied to your specific verified email account and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to limit or modify generation quotas to prevent abuse, server overload, or abnormal scraping behaviors.

ApplyFlowAI utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) language models to synthesize proposals, client intelligence, and cover letters. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated text may contain factual inaccuracies, omissions, or formatting discrepancies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before applying for jobs or submitting proposals.
• ATS scoring and matching results are approximations based on text analysis and do not guarantee actual placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR UNPRODUCTIVE JOB APPLICATIONS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
